The indoor pool was wonderful, offering a great way to unwind. Friendly staff made our family feel welcome during our stay.

The furniture and decor feel outdated, and I noticed some noise disturbances from nearby rooms.

We had a wonderful one night stay and wished we could have stayed longer, especially with the Mount Will Walking Trail just around 4.5 km away, perfect for a stunning city stroll, and the Maine Mineral and Gem Museum only about 3 km from our place, which added to our weekend adventures.

This place perfectly suits me! I love the indoor swimming pool, free Wi-Fi, and helpful staff. They even assisted with car service during my first stay. Coming back for Easter!

The outdated decor could use refreshing!!! The hot tub feels cramped for the number of guests!!! Frequent noise from upstairs disrupts sleep!!! The limited electrical outlets hinder charging multiple devices!!! Bathroom cleanliness needs serious attention!!!

I loved how close River View Resort was to Sunday River. The indoor pool and hot tub brought a lot of joy, especially after a long day of skiing. The kitchenette really made it convenient to prepare meals. I enjoyed the spaciousness of the two-bedroom suite. The view from the back deck was stunning, allowing us to soak in the mountains. However, the decor and furniture felt outdated. The hot water in our room disappeared quickly, which was a letdown. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which made up for some inconveniences. Noise from other guests at times disrupted the peace, especially in the mornings. Overall, it's a cozy place, but a little refresh could elevate the experience significantly.

We had a really nice time! The indoor pool was great, and we loved the deck that had an amazing view of the river. The staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome. The kitchen was a fantastic bonus for making meals. Just wish the decor was a bit more modern, but it didn’t ruin our trip.

I loved having a full kitchen that made meal prep a breeze and saved us tons of dining out! The stunning river view from our deck was the cherry on top, providing a peaceful retreat after a fun day of activities. Oh, and we could relax in the indoor pool and sauna—perfect after a day skiing nearby!

The location was ideal, just minutes from skiing and dining, and the apartment provided ample space for my family. Cleanliness throughout was commendable, and the indoor pool kept the kids entertained. However, some pillows felt too bulky for comfort, and the lighting in a few areas could have been improved. Overall, definitely a good spot for a family getaway, especially for those looking to hit the slopes.

In my wife’s opinion, the hot tub was too small for families.

We stayed in a Standard Apartment and it was pretty spacious. Loved having a full kitchen and the living area was nice. The beds were comfy, but the pillows were a bit too bulky for my liking. The deck gave a decent view of the river, but the trees blocked a lot of it. Everything was clean, which I appreciated. Free Wi-Fi was a nice touch, too. The only downside was that the furniture looked a bit dated and could use some upgrades.
